A survey of the training needs of the Italian municipalities

As part of the preparatory phase of the Intergreen project, in 2023, CIAPE has contacted different municipalities from the Lazio region that may have an interest to share their views and opinions on their needs for capacity building, as well as their interest to participate in a training in the field of environment and sustainability.

As soon as the first contact was made, an online meeting was organized among CIAPE and target municipalities at which, the project has been presented, as well as the questionnaire.

The questionnaire was prepared in a Google form and distributed to the municipalities by email. As a result, 42 answers have been collected.

In general, respondents expressed need of training to enhance their green skills that will help them perform better, and assist in the green transition of their municipality.
