A survey of the training needs of the municipalities in North Macedonia

The online survey in North Macedonia has been conducted from January 20th to February 28th, 2023. The questionnaire has been distributed to 5 municipalities in the country, four of located within the City of Skopje and 1 located in the Eastern parts of the country.

Around 40-50 municipal employees (10-13 people reached per municipality) have been invited to fill out the questionnaire out of which 21 have responded.

Most of the respondents have expressed interest in a green skills training, as well as experiential learning through knowledge sharing with municipalities from across Europe, collaborating and, networking.
